These Terms & Conditions outline how my commissions work and what you can expect throughout the process.---Commission Process
- You contact me with your idea and references.
- I confirm with a rough concept sketch and price.
- Once a rough concept is accepted and payment is received, I begin work.
- You receive WIP updates during the sketch and linework phases.---Payment Terms
- Payment is taken upfront via PayPal, linked in the Commission Information.
- Prices are listed in USD and may vary depending on complexity.---Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are available before linework begins (sketch phase only).
- Once linework has started, cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the total commission price.
- After colouring or rendering begins, refunds are no longer available.---Usage Rights
- You may use the finished artwork for personal use: icons, banners, profiles, reposting with credit, etc.
- You may not use the artwork commercially unless commercial rights are agreed upon.
- You may not mint, sell, or use my artwork for NFTs or AI training datasets.
- I can defer displaying your artwork publicly upon request.---Artist Rights
- I retain the rights to the artwork, including displaying it in my galleries, portfolios, and social media unless you request a display deferment.
- I may decline any commission for any reason.---Content Restrictions
I will not create:
- Harmful, hateful, or illegal content
- Underage explicit content
- Anything involving real‑world minors
- Extreme gore (graphic injury or violence)
- Extreme fetish content (You’re welcome to ask for clarification if needed)
- Anything that violates platform rules---Turnaround Time
- Turnaround varies depending on complexity and my current queue.
- Typical delivery ranges from 1–6 weeks, but may take longer depending on the scale of the artwork.
- I do not offer rush fees or rush deadlines.---Communication

- Adjustments are allowed during the sketching and linework phases.
- Minor adjustments during the values/shading phase are possible, but values can shift the look of a linework piece.
- Major changes after linework or colouring may incur additional fees.

A rough, expressive drawing capturing pose, personality, and composition. Lines are loose and unrefined; this stage focuses on the idea rather than polish.Linework — $40–50
A refined version of the sketch with clean, confident lines. More time is spent on clarity, detail, and line weight to define the final structure.Flat Colour — $70
Clean linework filled with flat colours and balanced tones. No shading or lighting; ideal for simple, readable character art.Full Render (1 Character) — $100

Comic-style pieces are priced per frame, as each frame varies in character visibility, detail, and storytelling complexity.
